The information we collect
When signing up for DF2020 Author and DF2020 Viewer, you are asked to provide your e-mail address and password. Anonymous access to the apps functionality is not possible.
Given the Author primary focus on creating and publishing DF-Maps for the Viewer users, DF-Map you are also required to provide the Copyright Owner Email Address (in Share Settings) which enables publishing of created DF-Maps. The Copyright Owner details (personal and/or organization name and contact details, e.g. phone#) in Share Settings are optional.
Other optional data users of DF2020 Author may provide include: DF-Map author name (First, Middle, Last) and email address, feedback preferences (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter user identifying data) stored with the DF-Map when it is published so that those can be picked by a viewer.
Optional user data collected through DF2020 Viewer include your name (First, Middle, Last) and a default message preset in Share Settings for sharing selected DF-Maps with others.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
• To ensure privacy control over created assets
• To verify your identity and maintain your user profile from session to session
• To ensure multiple user sessions on various devices for a single account
• To uphold your copyright for the published interaction assets – DF-Maps
• To enable receipt of other user feedback on the assets accessible for viewers
• To enable a secure password reset functionality
We may use your information for internal analysis such as analyzing user behavior in aggregate for research and marketing purposes. DF2020 Ltd may also aggregate user activity data and disclose such data only in aggregate and in a non-personally identifiable manner to third parties for commercial return, marketing, research and promotional purposes. Aggregated information does not identify you individually.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested.
The DF2020 Author and DF2020 Viewer apps may utilize social networking or “share functionality” or may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by DF2020 Ltd. We have no control over any share functionality or the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party site. You are subject to the policies of those third parties where applicable. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to anyone. Additionally the DF2020 Viewer may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. You should consult the other sites’ privacy notices, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
Advertising / Re-Targeting
As you browse df2020.com, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with df2020.com.
The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information:
• the apps functionality is supported by a secure server.
• password-protected access is enhanced with user password encryption.
• additional user identity checks for data synchronization calls.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in maintaining the server uptime, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our apps policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Policy regarding children
The services available through our apps are NOT intended for children under the age of 13. DF2020 Ltd. does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that minors should get their parents’ consent before giving out any personal information. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personally identifiable information to us please contact us at email@example.com . A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 may review and request deletion of such child’s personally identifiable information as well as prohibit the use thereof.
